You would definitely need a very knowledgeable and expensive attorney. Unfortunately the situation you describe makes that nearly impossible. The other option is pray for a miracle. It can happen because God can do anything He wants to do. As for the amount of money you get each month because you are not able to work is nothing short a miracle you are able to survive. Thank God for that! In the meantime I suggest putting your skills to work for yourself and marketing the heck out of yourself. A "regular" job is not the only way to make money as I'm sure you know so put a little out of the box thinking to work for your situation. How does a single mom that's been looking for a job for 5 yrs and has no income except a child support check of $63.00 a month coming in. I have to rely on God to literally send monetary blessings to me. Are there anymore ways to gain an income? There is a false allegation on my record that lawyers are refusing to touch.This is what's keeping me from getting a job. Regardless of the fact that I am innocent employers aren't even considering hiring me. The charge on record is Proponderance of evidence, my son's school said that I was keeping him out of school and the teacher that made that statement has been fired from the St.Louis Public School System and the investigator that took the report has been fired from the State of Missouri Children's Division,she can never work for them again, but I have no proof that she lied, so my child was sitting in class and she was marking him absent, and the school has his invalid absences on record. I've not found anyone that will tell me how to clear this up, so that it can be expunged off my record. Can anyone assist me? This was a really nice article.
