As you get new customers and clients you want to make sure that they refer you to others. To make sure they do this you have to know how to keep them happy. Here are some quick tips to go by:

1. Always deliver quality products and service.
2. The customer is always right (well mostly unless they are rude and threatening).
3. Follow-up with a friendly call or email to find out if they were satisfied with your product or service.
4. Be polite and kind to prospects as well as paying customers. Both of them will remember your attitude.
5. Include a bonus or go above and beyond the expected.
6. Ask for feedback to learn how you can improve your service.
