I now have a higher paying job however, my kids are teenagers, so I am only getting child support one more year. I only made 40,000 a year while in school and it was too much to qualify for any grants. I now make 48,000 a yr but have 10,000 in school loans to pay back. (which is low) It certainly helps but also hard when women make so much less than men in the same jobs.
