Before you get started you will have to confirm you want to get emails for the challenge.

After that you will receive you first email, but I want to give you an overview of the challenge.

It is 100% email based. You will receive one email a day for the next six days. It will contain the tip, a motivation, and the challenge.

You can reply to the email with your questions, but I highly encourage you to go to the Facebook group to ask so everyone benefits from the answer.

There is no pressure to finish the challenge within six days but you do want to get started. The sooner you apply the tips and do the challenges the better.
