Getting rich is not rocket science, but it does require that you begin to think differently about your life and the world. This post is not long because sometimes simple is just better. So here are some quick tips for getting rich or at least having some money left over at the end of the month!

Set Goals

* Know what amount will make you feel rich

* Decide you want this specific amount

* Set a date to achieve the goal

* Post your goal in an obvious location

Spend less than your earn. How?

* Review your expenses

* Plug up leaks by giving every penny a purpose

* Look for free or inexpensive alternatives

* Use coupons for everything

Pay Yourself First

* Automate savings of 10% of your income

* Use free, separate bank account like ING Direct

* Save with a purpose and review often

Give a portion of your treasure, time, and talent trusting that it will come back to you

* Volunteer for a favorite cause

* Give away money and clothes to those in need

Be grateful for everything

* Your life right now

* Your future
