I’m excited to let you know about an upcoming radio appearance I am making tonight, November 22, 2009, at 8pm. With the release of the movie Precious and numerous other movies depicting single motherhood at it’s worst, my friends, single moms themselves, and I decided to have a discusion about how to change the way single moms are portrayed in our society.

It’s not all about dysfunction and negativity, but about the majority of single moms doing their best to create a positive life for their children. Regardless of the circumstances, there are enlightened and empowered single moms in the world who are making a difference.

So join in the conversation tonight and share how you are being a positive force in the world and most importantly in the lives of your children. If you don’t feel very positive right now, listen in anyway to discover how to take steps toward positive single motherhood.
