Super Bowl Gospel Celebration 2011
I love football and I love gospel music. But I think I’m a bigger gospel music fan at heart. I love listening to Fred Hammond, Yolanda Adams, Kirk Franklin, Tye Tribbitt and a number of other artists. When I can get to a concert I am on cloud nine for days!
One concert I have my eyes set on attend is the Super Bowl Gospel Celebration. It was in Atlanta a couple of years ago and my favorite artist were there. I hated that I could’t go but I know it was fun.
I found out that the SuperBowl Gospel Celebration will be happening again this year. It will be in Indana so I may not make it again this year. Regardless, I’m glad gospel music has another venue of exposure. The Super Bowl is watched by millions and there are concerts and other activites for everyone else, so why not have a gospel music event?
When I find out if it is coming to Atlanta again, I’ll be there for sure!
If you live in or near Indianapolis, Indiana, try to go and then tell me all about it.
The event is Friday, February 3, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. at Clowes Memorial Hall on Butler University. It marks the 13th year this celebration has been going on.
Tickets are on sale now at www.ticketmaster.com or by going to superbowlgospel.com
